The HY-Power range is the perfect fit for all types of electrolysis, with power levels from 150kW up to 2MW, which can be grid, solar and wind power fed, or a combination. Working in partnership with the electrolyser manufacturers we tailor the supplies to suit their specific requirements in terms of DC ripple, input and output locations, communications interface and safety protocols.

Our HY-Power range of active front end based rectifiers are optimised in terms of reactive power, harmonics (THDi) and DC current ripple, with output voltages available from 50V to 2000V and current up to 20kA, they are designed for high efficiency, which is typically greater than 95% including the reactive components. The HY-Power range is available as air-cooled and water-cooled options.

The HY-Power customisable IGBT AFE-based power supply features:

• Voltage, current or power control

• Software interface over Profinet (other methods available)

• Turn key solution with built in MCCB with customer-controlled trip (available option)

• Ripple to customers specification
